Because every wall is expertly built for durability, stability, and a rock-solid climbing experience, returns are not accepted.

 

To ensure you make the right choices for your space, our team of climbing wall experts is here to guide you through every step, from selecting the perfect design, colors, finishes, and proprietary textures, to understanding structural and safety details. We help you make informed decisions so you can feel confident in your investment and enjoy your Impact wall for years to come.

 

Every project comes with a 3-year warranty covering excessive surface cracking, exterior wear, and steel structure integrity.
